No dear, there would not be any 'interrogation' kind of thing. All the heads appointed will ask for the required documents, and verify whether the details provided by you are correct or not. There will be different people for each document verification. The people there are humble, you can consult them if you have any problem. The process will be of 10 minutes or so and will go out smoothly.

As far as previous year closing ranks are concerned, your rank is too high to fetch trending branches at any of the good NITs. Furthermore, considering your Home State Quota in MP, i.e., MANIT Bhopal, you won't be able to make it to CSE, ECE or even IT. Also, if we talk about other good NITs, it is even more difficult to get CSE, ECE or IT that too under other state quota. So, if you want to take admission in MANIT Bhopal, go for less prefered branches.

It is very difficult for you to get a computer science or electronics engineering seat in NIT or IIIT with 32000 OBC rank. There is no chance for you to get a seat allocation within the Josaa 7 rounds. But you have a chance to get your desired seat. the last chance is CSAB special rounds. here is the link of the special round closing ranks list. https://csab.nic.in/CMS/Handler/FileHandler.ashx?i=File&ii=159&iii=Y

Once you can go through this link and check which college is suited for you. There is more chance to select your desired branch and desired college. I suggested one college for your rank. my suggestion is NIT Arunachal Pradesh computer science engineering because last year special round closing rank for that course is 47965.

The 1000 marks that you are talking about are aggregated marks of class 11 and 12. But for JOSAA counseling you just need to provide class 12 marks and not class 11 marks. 

So just calculate and enter your class 12 marks in the counseling process.

Hello there. If you want to accept that seat then you need to report to the center and in case you don't want to accept the seat then you can ignore reporting to the center. Since in float option you are accepting the seat, so you need to report to the center.
