Hi Munaa.

Filling up of the choices with all the options deosn't ensure you getting a seat through JoSAA. It all depends on your mark/rank. With a score of 53, chances for you to get admission at any NIT/IIIT/GFTI is very less. The only chance you may have is a seat at your homestate NIT, where 50% seats are reserved for homestate students. So, just check the cutoff o that NIt and check whether you may get there or not. Some of the NITs from North and North Eastern states have very less cutoff for homestate students.

Good Luck.

Hello dear..

, there would be changes.

BUT, those would be very unreliable and maybe shocking. You see, the data of last rounds of 2016 and 2015 are very different.

HENCE, in my opinion, taking a blind risk may result into a bad decision. Take a risk only if you are very sure about your choice and future (regarding the branch you are relying on). Also, this year’s examination and counselling is no close to past year trends.

So, withdrawal could possibly be a wise opinion.

Hope this helps..

Best of luck

The reporting centre will.be the IIT or NIT in your state. You can go there for document verification.

I think you will be getting it through josaa only because from where you made the certificate doesn't makes much difference coz a certificate is valid throughout the nation.

Hey! Hi Shubhanshu.

YES, it is compulsory if you have your ANNUAL FAMILY INCOME less than 5 Lacs per annum since in that case you are eligible for FEE WAIVER.

Hope this helps you.

Thanks.

Dear Chandra,

The increase in Intake for NITs is less.

2017 NIT Intake: 17868

2018 NIT Intake: 17967 (653 Female Supernumerary seats)

As the increase in seats in NITs is less relative to total, the variation in Cut-off will be very less.

Hlw Riya
Ur marks in jee mains is good. But according to eligibility criteria u should get at least 75% for general. And 65% for SC/ST. But u will get govt. college.
All the best

Hey! Hi D. SALMON.

See, the state of eligibility is the state from where you pass your class 12th.

So it has no issue with this.

Just go for counselling process.

Hope this helps you.

Thanks.
