How does iiit delhi counselling takes place?does josaa allots seats in iiit delhi

The counselling for IIIT Delhi takes place along with counselling of DTU , NSIT Delhi and IGDTUW Delhi.

It is conducted under JAC Delhi. At present, they haven't started with this year's admission process.

Tentatively, application forms would be floated by 2nd or 3rd wek of June.

To be well informed, just keep on checking https://jacdelhi.nic.in/. It is official counselling site.

sir i got 72 percentage in 12th csbe and i have 75% in MPC and i got jee mains 4000 in obc categeory. am i eligible for josaa councelling??

Hello there

I'm sorry to tell you that you are not eligible for Josaa counselling as for that you need to have min of 75% in your +2 exam..

But yes with 4000 rank you can get good private colleges in NCR region.

sir/madam My OC rank is 41416 and OBC rank is 10445 give clarity which rank is consider for josaa

General rank is given higher priority in josaa than category rank.

76022 is not very good rank but it good quite. If you are belonging any reserved category you can get quite good college.

Last year I had admission in nit through josaa and cancelled the admission .will the amount get refunded or useful for admission this year?

This amount is not useful for admission this year. Look out the policies of nit college if they guranteed for refund they will refund you the amount.

Since you haven't met cutiffs for JEE advanced under General category for 74marks, you're ineligible for IIT admission through jee advanced.

However, for NIT and IIITs yiu are eligible and also for private engineering colleges through JosAA.

At this score, chances for top NITs and IIITs are extremely low.
Some private engineering colleges like PK Technical Campus Pune, MGMC navimumbai, Thakur Mumbai, GL Bajaj, LM Thappar are probably the best colleges you can getnow.
