MIT Academy of Engineering, MAEER is a private auonomous institution, college is affiliated under savitri bai phule pune university. based on students review the placement cell is very active and by doing the analysis of previous years placement data, around 80% students placed every year in mostly IT service based companies. the major recruiter are tcs, barclays infosys, accenture, wipro etc. the mncs allow all branches students to appear on system engineer profile. so even if you belongs to AEIE stream you would get ample opportunity to get placed in top mncs which visit the mit academy campus for placement.

IIIT Pune is undoubtedly better for B.Tech in Computer Science. Although relatively newer, it is a budding institute and mentored by the older IIITs. The faculty members are well experienced, placement stats high and the infrastructure is quite good. The kind of exposure you will get here is comparable to other top IIITs.

take admission in MIT pune if your going with merit list not by donations because pune university is very tough for non performers. Placement is good for Comp,Electronics and Mech. You can also go for IT for avg placement.

Around 70% of Computer branch students used to placed every year, then ENTC branch with around 50% and then the other branches used to come like IT, ETX, Mechanical, Chemical and Civil Engineering. And around 100 of company used to visit every year with great package. The maximum salary offered was 18 lacs per annum and the average is 4.5 lacs per annum. All the well-known companies like TCS, Wipro, JP Morgan, Microsoft, NVidia and many other visits campus every year. College ensures 90% internship in the third year and fourth year of the course. The average stipend is Rs. 5000
