For an OBC candidate 85-90% in JEE Mains . Admission to MCE Motihari is based on BCECE exam conducted by Bihar Government .

Yes it is available but they have many rules to follow. You have to score that much high rank to get one. The expense is also high there. MIT in aboard is one of the top university and it is most difficult to get.

Go for colleges in India. IITs are also good and has high scope.

You should have a rank below 2000 in BCECE to get admission in that in college.

rank formula for jee mains is is (100 - your total score) X 869010 /100 (tel:869010100) .100 - your total percentile score is the percentage  of people ahead of you. 869010 (tel:869010) are the number of candidates appeared for Jan exam.If the number of candidates for April exam increased to 1200000 (tel:1200000) then your final rank shall be (100 - your total score) X 1200000/100 (tel:1200000100)

No, you will not get the seat in MIT Muzaffarpur as your percentile is quite low. At least you have to score above 85 percentile to get a seat there in this college.

I would suggest you to go for April attempt and try to score a decent percentile to get a chance.

The minimum academic qualification for admission through an entrance examination is a pass in the final examination of the Intermediate, 10+2 system or its equivalent. Those appearing in the Intermediate final or equivalent examination may also appear in the entrance examination for consideration of provisional admission. All provisional admissions will stand cancelled, if proof of having passed the qualifying examination(Intermediate or equivalent) is not submitted to the institute at the time of counseling.
If an applicant is found ineligible at a later date even after admission to the MIT, his/her admission will be cancelled.
All admissions will be subject to verification of facts from the original certificates/documents of the candidates. The decision of the B.C.E.C.E.B., regarding eligibility of any applicant shall be final.
