Firstly I congratulate you on securing the general rank of 553 in BCECE 2019 and now to answer your question, with the rank secured by you in BCECE 2019, you would be eligible for admission into Muzaffarpur Institute of Technology under Electrical Engineering, however, for admission into Basaveshwar Engineering College, Bagalkot the entrance exams are either COMEDK or KCET so if your mentioned rank is for either of the above exams then your rank is well within range to be eligible for admission.

Dear aspirnt, you have cleared the cutt off rank for pcm group but according to last year data the cutt off rank gor mechanical engineering went to be around 500. There are chances that you may get a seat there but they are quite less. All we can do is hope for the best and fill the form and wait for the counselling.
