My experience at NIT Nagpur has been quite disappointing overall. The infrastructure looks decent from the outside, but in reality, the labs are outdated, equipment is often non-functional, and basic facilities like clean washrooms and proper seating in classrooms are neglected. There’s hardly any modern touch you’d expect from an engineering college in this era.

The college lacks quality teaching. Most of the faculty members are either inexperienced or not interested in student growth. There’s no encouragement for research or real-world projects. The syllabus is rarely updated, and the teaching method is mostly theoretical, with no focus on practical skills.

The college is extremely poor at placement. Only a handful of students from CS/IT branches get placed, and that too in mass recruiters offering low salary packages. Core branches like Mechanical and Civil have almost no placement opportunities. The college's placement cell is not proactive, and students have to rely on off-campus drives for any decent.

The infrastructure of the college is modern and well-maintained. The campus is clean and has good facilities like smart classrooms, a decent library, Wi-Fi connectivity, and well-equipped labs, especially for branches like Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering. There's also a good canteen and separate hostel facilities for boys and girls, which are fairly decent and safe.

Academically in my college the curriculum is regularly updated and aligns with industry standards. The faculty is supportive, though like any other college, some are excellent while others are average. What really helps is the focus on practical learning, workshops, and seminars which give us exposure beyond just textbooks.

My college is improving steadily. While top companies do visit, most opportunities are from mass recruiters like TCS, Infosys, and Wipro. For core branches, placements can be a bit challenging, but with effort and skills, it’s manageable. The Training and Placement Cell is active and supportive in preparing students for interviews.

My College presents a campus that reflects a perfect balance of functionality and modernity. Its digital library and e-learning resources support self-paced study. while the lush green surroundings and well-kept amenities like the cafeteria, hostels, and sports courts make it a conducive environment for both academic focus and relaxation.

My College places strong emphasis on academic rigor blended with practical insight. The teaching faculty comprises dedicated professionals who not only focus on syllabus coverage but also encourage analytical thinking and project-based learning. The curriculum is aligned with current industry practices and is supplemented by guest lectures, technical fests, and research opportunities. Students are encouraged to innovate and participate in coding competitions, national conferences, and real-world problem-solving challenges.

The placement cell in my college actively bridges the gap between students and industry by organizing training sessions, resume-building workshops, and mock interviews. While IT and computer-related branches witness consistent placement records with firms like Capgemini, Cognizant, and TCS, the core branches are steadily gaining traction Internships, pre-placement offers, and alumni networking further strengthen the career prospects for graduates

My College (NIT) boasts a well-maintained and modern campus that supports both academic and extracurricular growth. The college features spacious classrooms equipped with smart boards, a central library with a vast collection of technical books and journals, and well-equipped laboratories for each department. The Wi-Fi-enabled campus and dedicated innovation labs provide an environment that encourages research and development.

The academic structure at NIT is designed to keep pace with industry trends and technological advancement. The faculty members are experienced, approachable, and emphasize a balance between theoretical knowledge and practical application. Regular workshops, industrial visits, and seminars enhance students learning beyond textbooks. The curriculum is updated as per RTMNU Nagpur University norms, and the institute encourages students to participate in national-level technical events, hackathons, and paper presentations to broaden their academic exposure.

NIT has a dedicated Training and Placement Cell that actively works with companies to provide students with job opportunities. While core placements are gradually improving. students from IT and Computer Science backgrounds see better recruitment rates. Companies like TCS, Wipro, and Tech Mahindra often participate in campus drives. The institute also offers training sessions, aptitude preparation, and mock interviews to enhance employability skills

My College Have The Facilities of necessary equipment But It's An Half Made Infrastructure And The Canteen Is so uncomfortable to sit there but my college has all the necessary labs and their equipments to use and learn new things and develop skills for.

My College Is Excellent At Academics I'm Studying Computer Science Engineering And The Teaching Is So Good The Teachers Are Very Motivating In Fact From Our College minmum 2 3 students became university toppers every year.

My College Have Very Less Placement For Computer Science And Information Technology Branch But They Have Very Good Placement For Electrical, Mechanical and Civil Branch recently on of the student got 14lakh package from mechanical department.
