7. Medical Examination:

Degree wise Admission Process

MBBS: The MBBS program, being the flagship course of the institute, has an intake capacity of 177. In MBBS, admission is done on the basis of merit of the candidate in the NEET-UG examination alone. Once the candidate gets eligible through NEET-UG, he or she must undergo the centralized counseling process conducted by the concerned authorities.

The MBBS program of NAMO Medical Education and Research Institute is designed to impart integrated medical education with theoretical education complemented by practical experience. The program extends for 5.5 years inclusive of a one-year compulsory rotating internship.

The cutoff of 2020 neet for general is 528 marks, sc category student cutoff is 425 and st category student cutoff is 291.

Although cutoffs change every year. The cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination, hence varies every year depending on these factors.
