Based on your rank according to previous years cutoff since you didn't mention your category so considering you as general category you have chances getting cse in all three college. The cut-off for this year has not been released yet by the NEC however we can get a rough estimate of the cut-off based on previous years' cut-off trends.

If we consider the 2018 cut-off data, with your rank of 114642, you will be able to get admission in NEC for B.Tech in the following branches-

Mechanical Engineering- 127491 rank in 2018
Civil Engineering- 117503 rank in 2018
Electrical and Electronics Engineering- 114199

These are the ranks for the general category students, if you belong to the SC/ST category then you will be able to get admission in NEC in all the branches if engineering.

You can easily get seat in Narasaraopeta Engineering college with this rank of 1343 in APCET in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Previous year closing rank in first round for ECE was 71685. The fees for Btech 4 year program is 70-80k per year.

College Infrastructure

Artificial intelligence and manchine learning department has good computer labs, and excellent library to study, and projectors in each and every classroom to understand concepts thoroughly. Talking about hostel, we have excellent rooms. with good furniture, and food is also good. You feel like you are eating at home. Wi-Fi connection is available for students in college and hostel.
