NIC would be a better option because first of all it has an NIRF ranking of 178, got established  in 1946, while NEC got established in 1998 which is recently as compared to NIC. The placements in the college are good. Most of the students get placed. The students who got 80% marks in their academics are placed. Nearly, 40-50% of the students are placed. Mostly, MNCs visited the college. Students are offered the package of 4-5 Lacs per annum. The placement cell is good.

The faculty in the college are very good and helpful to the students. Almost all the lecturers are PhD holders and highly knowledgeable. They are always ready to clear the doubts of the students. The college has many faculty members. The course curriculum is very good.

Your EAMCET rank is not Sufficient to get good Colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Your Category also won't help you in getting better College. As you are from OC Category you may not get those Colleges. But you will get any ln any one of the Colleges in Andhra Pradesh. You will get GIET College Rajahmundry.

Based on your rank according to previous years cutoff since you didn't mention your category so considering you as general category you have chances getting cse in all three college. So i suggest you to give first preference to loyola college then other two. For your reference I have provided you with the link.
