You may get LEATHER DESIGN, KNITWEAR DESIGN only at NIFT, NEW DELHI. Rest you may get more better options at other NIFT's.

Since you have not mentioned your category as well as the stream you prefer so it is a bit difficult to predict but still there are some streams under which you can a get a seat in NIFT HYDERABAD if you fall under any category.

NIFT Campus Placements 2016 was held at 07 Campuses of NIFT New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Gandhinagar, Hyderabad. Being a government institution does not guarantee low fees. Many government institutions including IIMs have high fee because government can't afford such a good infrastructure and faculty without taking high fees.

With this rank you stand some  chance of getting Textile Design in NIFT Kangra and in  NIFT Srinagar you have some chance in Fashion Design , this would be possible only if are a home state candidate of either of these NIFT.
