Neelamadhab Mahavidyalaya, Kantilo, started in 1977 as an affiliated college is situated at Nayagarh Odisha. This co-educational institution is affiliated to the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). Located over a campus size of 7 acres it has 15 courses and four degrees and enrolls nearly 1,566 students. Currently the college has 37 faculty members and offering its programs in different disciplines of Arts and Sciences. It specifically specializes in academic areas such as Odia, Political Science, History, Physics and more.

The college has available facilities to enhance students learning and development. The library being the heart of any educational institution has a collection of 15992 books for Under graduate and higher secondary students and also 646 books in book bank library. It operates on all working days from 10:Early morning from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM that creates an environment most suitable for learning. The campus also has a canteen for those interested in eating as well as a gym and playing fields for exercise too. In an attempt to equip the college to meet the current learning requirements, there is provision of IT and the college offers internet through Wi-Fi all through the compound. For academic and co curricular activities auditorium facility is provided in the college and it is also used for organizing the related program and seminar.

Neelamadhab Mahavidyalaya consist of total 15 courses and all the course is only full time courses. The college offers combination of Arts and Science programs such as BA, B.Sc, and offered other specific programs like B.Lib.Sc and B.Lib.I.Sc.
