Both the boy's and girls' hostels have well-experienced Wardens and Supervisors. For hostelers, before going home their parents should inform the coordinator through a telephone. Only after getting parents' permission, students' leave letters will be accepted. The coordinator will sign the Gate Pass. Students should show the Gate Pass to the Warden. When the students are going home parents should make sure that they return immediately after the holidays and start attending classes without fail. Overstaying after the holidays will not be allowed under any circumstances.
