Pavai Arts and Science College for Women (PASCW) Namakkal. It stands tall as one of the most reputed institutions in women's education. The college offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses across different disciplines. The PASCW admission process conducted is aimed at selecting deserving candidates into various courses. The admission cycle of PASCW is normally synchronised with the academic calendar of the affiliated university. Dates may vary depending on each academic year, and generally, a few months before the commencement of the academic year will be the core admission period. Hence, there is a better student-teacher ratio, which promises that the institution is committed to quality education and all-round development of the students.
The college offers a choice of 16 Undergraduate Courses along with 5 Postgraduate courses. The admission process requirements of these courses are as follows:
PASCW confers on its aspirants nine specialisations under B.Sc. programmes; these comprise Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Information Technology, Clinical Laboratory Technology, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Cyber Security, Geology, Nutrition and Dietetics, and Statistics. These programmes will be offered according to the student's performance in the qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent) in related subjects.
The applicants who have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with appropriate subjects can be conferred the BA degree in either of the two programmes offered by the college: English or Tamil.
PASCW has two B.Com programmes; one is Regular B.Com, the other is B.Com with Computer Applications. Admissions will be made strictly basing on the marks secured in the qualifying examination, with preference accorded to candidates who have undergone a higher secondary course in Commerce and Accountancy.
BBA and BCA admissions are made purely on the basis of merit of applicants in their 10+2 (or equivalent).
The college grants admission under M.Sc. disciplines, including Computer Science, Mathematics, and Physics. Students holding a recognised Bachelor's degree can apply. On graduation marks, an entrance test or interview considers students for admission into the course.
An MA in English is offered by the college. Those who completed a bachelor's degree in English or similar subject will be eligible to apply.
An M.Com programme is there for commerce graduates under PASCW. Admission is primarily based on marks obtained at the qualifying bachelor's degree.
The M.Phil programmes offered in the college include English, Computer Science, Commerce, and Mathematics. These research-oriented programmes can be applied by a candidate holding a relevant master's degree.
The admission is pending until the documents are verified and approved.

I am belonging to Bsc. Mathematics. There are knowledgeable staffs who can always help us in every step by giving knowledge and facilitate when we are doing good. We have updated our curriculum according to the recent developments.
