Yes you can definitely get Pimpri Chinchwad College of engineering under OBC category MHTCET scores.

You can get Electrical and IT Engineering for sure.

Which college to chose among pccoe,viit,iiit in Pune for pursuing e&tc

I would say VIIT would be good as it is one of the autonomous colleges and is rising up the rank pretty fast. But I would suggest you to take a decision of your own. Try to check every college campus and ask the respective students for their opinion as well.
