Prabhakar Pharmacy Azamgarh invites candidates eligible for admission into D.Pharma and B.Pharma courses. The actual admission shall be done according to the procedures laid down by the concerned university and statutes like PCI and AICTE. Eligibility Criteria

• For D.Pharma: Minimum qualification of 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics.

• For B.Pharma: Minimum qualification of 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics.

1. The candidates can visit the college's official website  for admission notifications.

2. The candidate can download the application form from the website or obtain it from the college's admission office.

3. The candidate must duly fill in all the particulars in the application form sought for.

4. Mandatory documents to accompany the application:

   • Passport-sized photographs

   • Mark sheets and certificates of the 10th and 12th classes

   • Transfer certificate from the last attended institution

   • Character certificate

   • Caste certificate (if applicable)

   • Any other documents required by the college

5. The candidate must either personally hand in the completed application along with the documents to the admission office of the college or send it by registered post.

6. The application fee must be paid using the specified payment methods (cash, DD, or online transfer).

7. The candidate may be required to sit for an admission exam or an interview if any.

8. After the last date for admission submission, selected candidates shall await the publication of the merit list as per merit criteria.
