Rahamania B. Ed College, Ratua, as a co-educational institution in Malda, West Bengal. The college is recognized to conduct courses in the domain of professional education by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Rahamania B.Ed. College offers admission into its Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) programs by selecting deserving candidates. The admissions in the college are purely merit-based, though the seats are governed by the norms of the State Government of West Bengal and the concerned affiliated university. D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education): There are 50 seats for the D.El.Ed. program at Rahamania B.Ed. College. Admission to the diploma course proceeds on merits. The merit list is prepared using the marks garnered in the qualifying examination and/or the entrance test results. The admission to the diploma program follows the guidelines provided by the state government and the institution it is affiliated with. Generally, it requires the candidate to have completed 10+2 or an equivalent course from a recognized board.
