Another notable pharmaceutical institute in the state of Uttar Pradesh is the Rahul Sankrityayan College of Pharmacy, Azamgarh. This is a prestigious institute recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education, which also supports the Pharmacy Council of India, offering quality pharmacy education.
Before entry into different higher degree programmes, students must complete compulsory education of 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics, so that such students ensure passage through areas of other subjects before applying for pharmacy-institutional education.

Degree-wise Admission Process
D.Pharma: The diploma in pharmacy is a two-year duration course provided by Rahul Sankrityayan College of Pharmacy. This is the program from which students are admitted after their schooling which must be of Thus, students who would fulfill the need of having subjects in Living with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics are completely onboard for admission. The total number of seats for the program is 60.
B.Pharma: The Bachelor of Pharmacy is a four years duration undergraduate program. Just like D.Pharma, candidates applying for B.Pharma should also fulfill their 10+2 requirement of having physics, chemistry, and biology/mathematics as subjects. This programme is also for an intake of 60 seats.
