Rajeev Institute of Ayurvedic Medical Science and Research Centre (RIAMSRC) which is based at Hassan is amongst the top Ayurvedic colleges in Karnataka. The institute is an affiliate to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) Bangalore and furthermore, it is sanctioned by the Central Council for Indian Medicine (CCIM). Degree wise Admission Process

BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery): The only full-time program offered by RIAMSRC is BAMS or Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery, which comprises an exhaustive study in Ayurvedic medicine. Only NEET scores are considered for admission into this program. RIAMSRC has a 5.5-year BAMS course (including the compulsory one year of internship), with an option of only 60 students per intake.

• Completion of 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as core subjects
• Qualifying NEET with the required cutoff marks as prescribed by the regulatory authorities
