Rajkiran College of Pharmacy, Moradabad Admission Process

The Rajkiran College of Pharmacy, situated in Moradabad. It has a relatively new history and enjoys good repute in imparting pharmacist education within Uttar Pradesh state, India. The college is situated at Yaqootpur, Akka Dilari, Moradabad, under the affiliation of a particular parent university and thus keeps it to a standardized curriculum. The college has approval from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), which mandates the college to strive for the highest standards in education. To gain eligibility to apply to Rajkiran College of Pharmacy, the candidate must have qualified 10+2 or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics as compulsory subjects. 

In general, the criteria were set in such a way that the candidate was required to have a cutoff minimum aggregate percentage of marks in the qualifying examination somewhat close to 50% and this may vary from year to year require confirmation by the college. Based on AICTE and PCI approval, the college should have its admission procedures in accordance with the standards of these regulatory bodies. Application process

2. The application form, either from the college website or physically may obtain in person from the admission office of the college.

3. Collect all required documents, which would generally comprise:

  • Character certificate
  • Recent passport-size photographs
  • Any other documents required by the college

4. After the completion of filling the application form, the candidate has to submit the application form along with all required documents to the college admission office, either in person or via post as per the college's instructions.

5. Payment of the application fee must be done according to the instructions of the college. The method of payment (either cash, demand draft, or online transfer) should be confirmed with the admission office.  

6. Candidates will be called for an interview or counseling session if shortlisted.

7. After selection, candidates will complete admission formalities, including tuition payment and submission of original documents for verification.

Degree wise Admission Process

D.Pharma (Diploma in Pharmacy): Currently, Rajkiran College of Pharmacy offers one program, primarily the Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma) program, which is a full-time course in the field of pharmaceutical sciences lasting two years. It has been granted an intake for 60 students, thus giving an extra opportunity to aspiring future pharmacists willing to start their career in this important area of health delivery services.

Admission in the D.Pharma shall be given on the basis of:

  1. Completing 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics.
  2. Achieving a minimum aggregate in the qualifying examination (to be confirmed with the college).
  3. Scores of relevant pharmacy entrance examinations might be also considered (to be confirmed with the college). 

Students willing to wish to join the D.Pharma program should have the following documents ready for admission:
10+2 grade mark sheets and certificates.
