Rakshpal Bahadur College of Engineering and Technology, Bareilly was established in the year 2007. It is an affiliated college and has shaped the future of budding engineers for over a decade, approved by All India Council for Technical Education. Situated near Doordarshan Kendra and ITBP on Badaun Road, the ideal atmosphere for learning and growth prevails. The faculty strength of the college comprises 74 dedicated professionals to ensure quality education in all streams of engineering.

At RBCET, complete and entire facilities that look after the comprehensive development of a student are provided. Separate hostels for both boys and girls include well-furnished rooms, while the cooperative messes serve healthy meals. In case students have a penchant for fitness, a well-equipped gym is available under expert guidance. The college library is a great repository of knowledge. It has more than 2,500 reference books and textbooks. More than 110 national and international journals are subscribed to. It also has a digital library which provides access to 470 online journals. In games, the students will find facilities for volleyball, badminton, tennis, football, cricket, etc., that not only develop a healthy body but also inculcate a spirit of team work and healthy competition.

The institute offers various streams in engineering to meet the requirement of varied interest and industry demand. Six B. Tech programs and two Diploma courses are running at RBCET with intake capacity of 285 seats in various specializations. The B.Tech courses include Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering. It also provides Electrical Engineering and Production Engineering under the Diploma courses.
