MS Shalya Tantra: This postgraduate program has 5 entry students. Admission is generally made on the merit of the candidate in the appropriate PG entrance examination for Ayurvedic courses. Candidates must be graduated with BAMS degree from an recognized institute to get admission.

MD Kayachikitsa: The MD in Kayachikitsa also has an intake of 5 students. Admission is through the same entrance examinations as other PG programs. Candidates need to qualify through the appropriate entrance examination of their choice after which, they are admitted to pursue the BAMS degree.

MD Panchakarma: This is an advanced postgraduate course to which 5 students are admitted. Students holding BAMS degrees can apply for admission. Selection of the student will be made considering the student's performance in PG entrance examinations followed by counseling procedures.

MD Dravyaguna Vignana: This college admits 5 students under this PG course. Admission will be granted according to the ranking secured by the candidate in relevant entrance examinations, and their qualification in BAMS.

MD Rasashastra and Bhaishajya Kalpana: This postgraduate program also has an intake of 5 students. The admission process involves clearing the PG entrance examination, followed by counseling. A BAMS degree is mandatory for eligibility.
