Ramjas College is ranked 28th in the college category in the NIRF ranking 2025.
It's good to study and play there. Buildings are good and we got the new building also where students from arts and commerce study there. But college is not centralised air conditioned .only that things regrets.
Best in entire Delhi University. Political science hons department is best . The professors. The entire professors team is best in delhi University. In fact earlier students from other colleges came to our college for study.
Not upto the mark. Others are providing better than this college. Although Arts and commerce doesn't have a scope in placements but still the college is lagging behind giving the best placements. Others are giving it.
Totally worth it in a bare minimum fees. The fees is just of negligible amount.the expenses there is only for living and staying in Delhi. As compared to other colleges and universities the best of all.
Loving it!
This is the weakest part of the college. Old school infra with very limited upgradation in recent times. Especially weak when compared to other colleges of north campus which charge more fees but at least put that to use
The academic faculty provided is mostly very decent and bearable to learn from. The academic pressure is also very manageable including liberal attendance policies which definitely promote indulging in extracurriculars.
The placement is claimed to be 7.5 lpa average and low 20’s highest with kinda average companies coming. In my opinion colleges like kirori mal and hindu are doing much better in this area than ramjas and can’t bet on that changing.
Very subjective point fees is as low as I’ve seen for a college but if you can afford the increase srcc hansraj just seem so much more value for money than this. If you can’t then objectively speaking it’s still very good.
North campus offers really good college life everything from street food outside the colleges to restaurants and gaming centres in kamala nagar everything is really a rickshaw ride away. Definitely a fun friday hangout after college
Its infra is nice . Its auditorium is just fabulous and can’t be competed by any other college . But comparing to other colleges , it has less greenery nd list usually keep getting out of order . Classrooms are also nice but lack of air conditioning facilities make it ignorable.
Its just fabulous, just can’t be spelled in words , its just damn good .Ramjas’s faculty contains some of the most prestigious teachers that any college could ever have and its sports faculty is also amazing
Internship offers being received by students on regular basis are just fabulous . Same goes for placement offers . Ramjas received some of the very high packages that coulb be offered to student of our course
Ofc its value for money Very less fee
Its very nice The canteen the students the culture The only thing making me give one less star is its politics
Its nice college
The infrastructure is good but not excellent. You will not find ACs in the rooms unlike some other colleges. This is because of low fees and even fee return policies. There is lot to do in college and lot of opportunities. One thing I like the most is the sports facility, you have free GYM to utilise, a big ground to play and a big heart of Ramjas as well. There is Wifi available, but not accessible at some parts of the college. Library is always worth going.
For my course B.Com H, it stands on Rank 9 all over India. The Commerce Department is good, although marks are not given accordingly as what you expect. In college, you have to DIY everything so no comments on teaching. Curriculum strictly needs to be updated and administration should take steps.
If you are relevant with relevant skills, company will take you away. Companies do come at campus, last years highest was approx 23 LPA. So yeah, good placements. It was from B.Com Hons. Average salary goes around 6-8 LPA
Of course, no if and buts. Worth for money. It is in other words that you are able to find your true value at a low cost because of new surroundings. Also course is just 16000 per year.
Inside campus there are versatile activities. Societies events at auditorium, sessions, political campaigns, sports and all. Location is lovely, though I found the crowd not so academically, but it lies on the eyes of the beholder. So it is based on individuals perception
It important to know that it's not the college where you will spend your next 3 years but it's you who will spend. College is meant to become self aware and yes you can do that here.
The college infrastructure is pretty old school and it has quite a quaint look to it quite similar to a lot of north campus colleges The upkeep of the classrooms ...though could be improved a notch .
The academics of the college is phenomenal . Every professor whom I have met so far has immense knowledge of the subject which he or she is teaching and are quite cooperative and approachable ! Its no wonder the college outshines other college in terms of the value it places on academics
Though I am not quite aware of the placements at our college .. I am told that a graduating student can expect somewhere between 6 to 7 LPA which is pretty decent i suppose One can also expect big companies such as Deloitte to come for placements
The value for money is also pretty good ...one can graduate at just 3 to 4 lakhs which also is a great way to encourage underprivileged children to join such colleges
Campus life at Ramjas college is also pretty vibrant with a variety of clubs and societies which students can join to hone their skills
The campus is aesthetic and huge, and has most of the facilities except for the shortage of food outlets and lack of Air conditioning in classrooms. The gym facility is exceptionally great and the building is huge.
Course curriculum is thorough and the faculty is well knowledgeable in their fields. Teachers are patient, although the inclusion of various project works seems quite futile to the overall career path.
The placements are decent with a variety of companies reaching out for the drives. The no. Of students who get placed is pretty nice and the placement cell is ever expanding. The societies provide immense opportunities for extracurriculars which greatly help in placements.
The fee is very nominal for the facilities and very affordable.
Variety of events, from seminars to cultural, tale place all year round and the Annual college fest is also quite good.
The Infrastructure is at par with other colleges of DU , it has all the necessary facilities such as Gym , Sports ground , separate courts for different sports and the ground is really big and the campus is lush green.
I study in Bcom Hons , the teachers are really qualified ,all of them have their post masters and have done research work in their fields. Teachers are really supportive and help you to manage your other interests.
The placements goes upto 23.5 lakhs for courses like Bcom Hons or Eco Hons. ROI is amazing as the placement is really high in comparison to the fees . Only few colleges have such placement records in their undergrads for non science courses.
The fees for any course on an average is 15k , since it is a government college the fees is really minimal
It is ranked among the top colleges in country , it is located in heart of north campus , delhi university .We have many colleges in surrounding which makes overall campus life enriching.
Pretty Good Infra, spacious lawns and multiple grounds. One of the largest campuses in DU. However, classrooms aren't air conditioned and wifi works okayish. Overall the infra is good. Library has almost all required material.
Commerce faculty is knowledgeable and teaches well. Some of the professors are experienced in teaching for more than 30 years. Societies and sports play a major role in overall development of students and their resume.
Commerce and Economics students have higher chances of getting placed and Placement in Ramjas is pretty decent. Highest package is around 20 LPA and average is around 6 LPA. Overall decent placements.
The infrastructure is good enough but not upto the mark. The building is old yet very spacious. It has all the necessary facilities and equipments. However, they are not well maintained. The living spaces are clean enough and food hygiene is proper.
The academic is average compared to other colleges in the university. However, the college is reputed for its B.Com., BA and BSc. programmes. The curriculum is what the university prescribes. I do not believe that it makes you job ready.
The placements are decent compared to other colleges in the north campus of the university. As far as I know, around 50% of the student are placed who sit for it. The average placement offered is around 6 to 7 LPA. The placement committee is there to help you with it.
The course fee is very low around Rs 15,000. Also, the college provides financial aid to the economically weaker students. Yes, i cannot feel more how worthy the college feels when it comes to course fee.
Even though the infrastructure is average, but the people at the college make it great. The Campus life is very vibrant with so many events happening in our college and around North Campus all the time.
Ramjas College has good facilities like WiFi and smart boards in classrooms. Labs are well-equipped but need maintenance at times. The library has many books but could have more digital resources. Sports facilities are good. Hostels are clean, though food hygiene can be better.
Studying Operational Research at ramjas college means learning to solve complex problems using math and analytics. The teachers are good and know their stuff. The course keeps up with new developments in the field, so we're ready for jobs that need analytical skills.
Ramjas College works actively on placements. Some students get good job opportunities, .Average salaries are fair. The placement process is generally smooth and supportive, making it a positive experience for students.
Studying the operational research course at Ramjas College is a good investment. The teachers are experienced and help us learn problem-solving and analytical skills. The campus has modern facilities, although the library and sports facilities could be better. Overall, for the reasonable fees we pay, the education here prepares us well for careers in operational research.
Ramjas College has a lively campus with modern facilities and various activities like sports and clubs. Some older buildings need maintenance. People are generally helpful, but they could be quicker to respond. The location is convenient, but safety during emergencies could be improved.
Ramjas College offers good value for money, making it a worthwhile choice for students.
Hello,
For undergraduate programme in Ramjas college, first you need to register on the official site of Delhi University. Registration will proceed once you do the payment. Then you can select Ramjas college for which merit list will be published by the officials on the basis of the marks scored in the 12th examinations. There is also an exam conducted DUET by NTA. Hope this helps.
Hi
Ramjas college admits students on the basis of their 12th score. Cut-offs usually go high and mostly above 90% in boards is required. There is no entrance conducted right now for BA History.
Hope this helps!
