The college abided by the admission policy formulated by the state government of West Bengal and the associated university. Criteria other than the above-mentioned criteria may be laid down as per university guidelines. Admission for B.Ed is 100.

D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education): The D.El.Ed program is again a two-year full-time course. The admission to the D.El.Ed course is on merit basis, and according to the policy of the state government or the administration of the Union Territory, performance in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination will be considered in the selection process. For the D. El. Ed., the institution has an intake capacity of 100 seats.
