Hello,

If you are trying to get CSE /IT branch in RAIT, then you must have a decent score in MHCET 2019.According to previous year statistics ,cut-offs for the CSE/IT streams lies between 120 to 130 for the first round counselling. And till the third round round it falls between 110-120 .So a score above 110 can definitely increase your chances .

But if your marks don't lie between these then don't lose hope and wait for the results .

All the best !

Hi Prakash,

CS branch is the best branch in RAIT, Navi Mumbai. Previous years cut off trend shows that cutoff for the first merit list for MH CET was 128 in the first shift (8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. from Monday to Friday) and 124 for second shift (12:30 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. from Monday to Saturday).

This cutoff comes down by 8 to 10 marks by the time of the release of the third merit list.

So, if you have scored a decent score like 110-130 in CET in 2019, you have a pretty decent chance of securing CS in RAIT, Navi Mumbai.

All the best!!!!

It depends on your branch preference.
Please check the cutoffs before applying.
Based on your score in MHT-CET you may get instrumentation.
Thank you

Thanks for the question.

Both of the institutions are premier private colleges in the country and have a good repute in the placements sector as well.

The fees structure is almost the same with a marginal difference.

The infrastructure of both the colleges are state of the art.

Both are well recognised by aicte and naac accredited.

Both of these two are good options. Opportunity will be given in both of them.

All the best

Hello ,

I would suggest you check out previous year cut off as current year cut off might not be out yet since the entire process takes a little time so the details can be decided.

There are various other factors that go into deciding the cut off and so it cannot be easily determined

I suggest you check previous years cut off and merit list to see where you stand , make backup college lists and plan for the future, get necessary documents ready for when the process starts.

Ihope this helped you

I wish you all the best

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure is nice; the overall campus is excellent, especially the care-taking the facilities, overall amazing. One gets different interests in things. It includes an online board classroom, V-lab, a well-managed library. 2-3 canteens offer a variety of foods.

College Infrastructure

There are multiple specialized labs for all subjects & domains, like cyber security labs, big data analytics labs, blockchain labs, robotics labs, and cloud labs. Hostels are good but little expensive foods are of premium quality. There are 4-5 canteens on campus and offer a wide range of dishes. Sport's & medical facilities are also available, as DY Patil Hospital is inside the campus only.

The classrooms are mostly adequate, but most don't have air conditioning. The faculty are average. There is no Wi-Fi for students, and the labs are sufficient. The library is well stocked with books for both academic and general purposes.
