This college has decent infrastructure and also decent food facility at hostel. Yes the college has good and well maintained classrooms. The library contains many books and variety of contains. The living is also clean and hygienic.
Overall, the faculty are knowledgeable and supportive—many go the extra mile to help understand difficult topics. However, a few instructors focus mainly on theory and aren't very approachable, which affects the learning experience.
a median package of ₹4.5 LPA, with leading recruiters like BEL offering ₹12 LPA and HireMi and L&T providing ₹10 LPA and ₹6 LPA respectively. At the department level, Mechanical offers an average of ₹5 LPA (~60% placement), while Electrical sees similar trends with highs reaching ₹12 LPA. Student feedback reflects variability—some branches report placement rates from 40% to 80%, average packages falling around ₹3–5 LPA, and occasional outliers fetching exceptional offers.
I loved facilities which provided here. Our commerce department has state-of-the-art labs, classrooms, a well-stocked library, and reliable Wi-Fi that makes studying a college. Hostels are comfy and clean, the mess food is decent, and the campus offers solid medical, sports, and game facilities for downtime.
My professors are really supportive and knowledgeable, though sometimes classes feel a bit rushed. The curriculum is practical and up-to-date, preparing us well for the industry. Exams are tough but fair. If you keep up with the work, almost everyone passes.
Around 70% of our batch got placed. The highest package is around 7.12 LPA, the average is around 4 LPA, and a few are as low as 2 LPA. Top recruiters like Cipla, Novartis, TCS, and Reliance visited. About 70% secured internships at leading pharma or IT firms, mostly as analysts or scientists.
In our department we organise marketing fest and sports and culture activities more.
Nothing
Infrastructure is fine here in departments . Work is needed to be done in hostel such as coloring and water supply . Departments have free wifi facility but in hostel it has some network problems. Coloring can be done when new batch come to hostel.
Faculties here are experienced . Physics faculty have interesting of teaching. Classes and labs are well maintained with labs having adequate equipments. Library have good numbers of books for children. Senior faculties are strict towards academics of children. Faculty support is also there for GATE students.
Placements are okay here , with exception like BEL which come to campus every year. Now placements are being in Dehradun , which is expected to give good result. Off campus result is good from here as children are being competitive.
Infrastructure is well and pretty old. Street lights and boundary is provided shops for students are present in every 200- 300 metres. Wifi is provided Which we can't connect to in first year.department is good and overall it's average.

There are very well trained lecturers in our college having good qualifications. They help us in understanding each and every concept related to subjects and objects. Our course is curriculum relevant. The semester exams are very difficult. 36% is the passing percentage of our college.
More than 40 percent of the students were placed in our college. The highest package offered is 10 lacs per annum and the lowest package is 2.8 lacs per annum. Many companies like Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, BL Kashyap, etc. visited our college.10 to 15 percent of the students got internships in various sectors.
Well it's a two way thing there is infrastructure(not much) but we can make use of it. We can't expect much of the advanced infrastructure but there must be atleast something which we can make use of, the things are started to change let's hope for the best.
The professors have knowledge they teach, but here if we go to the principles there must be self-study. It's not what university has to offer alone atleast a part of fact that what we can offer ourselves and to the university and make the best out of resources available.
As far as I have heard and the factual proof is that there is a better placement cell here and the students have achieved some very good packages and in my opinion there must be workshops conducted regarding how to face interviews cause correct experience of how to apply knowledge comes though only this type of trainings and again here it is a two door there must be workshops and there must be active participation then only the ecosystem will flourish.
You need to do a lot of self-study that is the way things work in engineering or any professional studies, you will get a first hand experience of self-study and how it should be done or how it is done, here in AU. Well the core principle of university is liberation.
The college has decent infrastructure with decent facilities for the students. The college hostels are decent with decent facilities for the students. The college also have library, grounds , and many more for the students.
The academic is pretty decent in the college. The faculty help the students whenever needed , they provide decent help to the students and their problems whenever needed toh the students. The faculty teach in a good way.

Placements are best in ECE and followed by electrical with avg package of 4 to 5 lakh and maximum of 14 to 15 lakh. Also CS placement are descent but better placement are given by ece branch and electrical branch.

The library is resourceful with a wide collection of books, journals, and digital materials, making it a valuable support for studies. Laboratories are well-maintained and provide hands-on learning opportunities for students. The campus also offers good facilities like Wi-Fi, seminar halls, sports grounds, and a clean canteen. Hostel and medical facilities add to student convenience. Hey I am shivangi I am from first year philosophy hons department, it's only been one month of mine in daulat ram college but i have learnt so many things academically, morally and life lesson , cooperation among students too. I am from a small town where only private colleges exist that only just for degree of name , no education so it's a great opportunity for me my career to get in such beautiful and academically top class college of our nation. On my first day I was worried how it will work out but ya faculty support, friendly classmates even hardworking create such a lovely environment I like it. The college infrastructure is also beautiful there is much space for our students to sit with our friends, classmates anywhere to discuss class topics , etc. Greenery is plus point ????plus it have wifi , even I see projector in classes so that students can give presentation, even books and study material in library is in ample amount and in good condition. Overall a dreamy experience shaping my future. Only one thing I feel is missing is air conditioner in our philosophy department class otherwise all is perfect. Thankyou!
Academically it is best as it has best faculty supportive , investing as much they can so that they can help building our career , no matter how many doubts we have they solve. Philosophy is a subject which is new to mostly students in our department as intermediate school don't support philosophy as a subject at that level so we were not familiar with Philosophy but our department teacher on the day of orientation said that they will make us fall in love with philosophy so ya we are falling in love with philosophy.
I am unaware of this . I am so sorry but as much i know is that like every college has placement cell similarly our college has so ya is also support placements.Students of Philosophy (Hons) develop strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, ethics, and communication skills during their course. The Placement Cell channels these abilities into practical career options such as: Corporate Sector: HR, consulting, and management roles. Media & Communication: Content writing, journalism, editing. Public Policy & Social Sector: NGOs, think tanks, policy research. Civil Services & Higher Studies: Guidance for UPSC, NET, or international scholarships.
It's lovely, charming as girls college also so we fill with beauty support smiles hopes aspirations and make our college our home .

There are sports grounds for cricket, football, volleyball and indoor games, along with a gymnasium and common rooms to encourage extracurricular activities. A medical unit and canteen are also available on campus.
GBPIET (Govind Ballabh Pant Institute of Engineering & Technology) is one of the oldest state government engineering colleges in Uttarakhand and is affiliated to Uttarakhand Technical University. The institute offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various engineering disciplines such as CSE, ECE, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical and others. Its curriculum follows AICTE norms and is updated periodically to include emerging technologies and industry trends. The college has a qualified and experienced faculty base, laboratories with essential equipment, and a decent library with technical resources. Regular lectures, tutorials and practical sessions are conducted to strengthen fundamentals. Students also get exposure to projects, seminars, workshops and technical fests which help in applying theoretical knowledge to real problems. While the academic framework is more traditional compared to IITs or NITs, motivated students can access research guidance, mini projects and online platforms to enhance their skills. Overall, GBPIET provides a stable academic foundation at an affordable cost.
GBPIET is a reputed state government engineering college in Uttarakhand known for quality academics and moderate but improving placements. CSE and ECE students often get offers from TCS, Infosys, Wipro and others. Core branches see fewer recruiters but off-campus opportunities exist, making it a solid regional choice.
Descent infrastructure ,network problems in hostels but not in all just some if tge hostels have network problem otherwise 5g is supported in the whole campus. And sometimes there is water problems .
Very good competition, gate preparation can be done easily with faculties, faculties are very helpful and tute classes are done regularly.Test levels are good and interesting exams are their but tough
Placements are descent and ece department has 3l to 5l avg packages, and highest 13 to 14 lakh. And overall its very good as fees is also very affordable. CS has also descent packages but ece has best .
The college has a basic setup with classrooms and a small library. Facilities are not very modern, but enough for completing BA or B.Com. Students who just want to finish their degree will find it manageable, though not much advanced.
Teaching is simple and focused on helping students clear exams. The syllabus is covered in a straightforward manner. It may not be the best choice for deep learning, but for students aiming only to pass and get their degree, it serves the purpose.
The college is not known for placements or big career opportunities. Most students here either go for higher studies or just complete their graduation. Career guidance is limited, so one cannot expect much industry exposure.
Campus activities are very limited. There are some small events, but not as lively as big colleges. Most students are focused on finishing their degree and moving ahead. Still, friendships and memories with classmates make the experience personal.
SSA Arts and Commerce College is a simple, low-cost option for BA and B.Com students. It may not offer modern facilities or strong career opportunities, but for those who just want to complete graduation smoothly, it works fine.
Labs all have centralized AC and all the required software. The lab in charge is polite and experienced. Hostels are a bit costly compared to the services they provide. There are many stores and options to eat in the area, so students from outside have many options.
Faculty are very well experienced with the required amount of qualifications. Though the exams are hard, they help you in the long run. Even internal marks are hard to get, as teachers are very particular about labs and the assignments given. The course has all the required subjects related to the field you have selected.
Almost 60% of students get placed this year. Though it was a bit frustrating at first, almost everyone who sat for placements got placed. The main advantage we have over others is that we are allowed to prepare for competitive exams like GATE and GRE while sitting for certain interviews (not for dream jobs and above). This option is not available in most colleges.
Government Polytechnic Mumbai has an old but well-maintained campus. The computer labs are updated with required systems and internet, while classrooms are simple yet comfortable. The library is rich in technical books, and workshops give a good learning space. However, hostel seats are limited and get filled quickly.
The Computer Engineering sandwich diploma follows a mix of theory and practical training. Students spend part of the time in college and part in industry internships, which adds real-world knowledge. Faculty members are supportive, though classes can get crowded due to high demand.
The sandwich pattern gives students an edge in internships and practical exposure. Many students get jobs through industry training, while some continue for higher studies. Still, placements depend on performance and companies available that year, so it’s not guaranteed for everyone.
Life at the institute is busy but enjoyable with technical events, cultural fests, and student activities. The environment feels competitive, yet teamwork in projects and industry training builds confidence. Limited campus space is a drawback, but the city itself gives many opportunities.
Government Polytechnic Mumbai offers a strong diploma program, especially in Computer Engineering sandwich pattern. With affordable fees, practical exposure, and good guidance, it creates a solid base for future studies or jobs, though placement support can be improved.
