Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering is 4-years full-time undergraduate engineering programme recognised by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE, New Delhi) and offered by Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University (CSVTU), Bhilai (C.G.). One of the oldest engineering discipline, Civil engineering deals with the design, construction, and maintenance of man-made structures and naturally built environment, including works like roads, bridges, canals, dams, and buildings. Civil Engineering is an area with a lot of diversity.

Admission Details

  • CG Quota - Admission is carried out through Online Counselling being conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Govt. of Chhattisgarh. The Counselling is based on the Marks obtained in 10+2 and Score obtained in the Pre Engineering Test (PET) conducted by the State Govt.
  •  Other State Quota - The Admission is carried out through Online Counselling being conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Govt. of Chhattisgarh. The Counselling is based on the Marks obtained in 10+2 and Score obtained in the Joint Entrance Examination - Main (JEE Main) at National Level.                       
  •  Management Quota - The Admission is carried out internally at the Institute / College Level. Students from Chhattisgarh State, as well as Outside State, are eligible for Admission based on the Marks obtained in 10+2 and Score obtained in Pre Engineering Test (PET) / Joint Entrance Examination - Main (JEE Main).
