Sai B.Ed and D.El.Ed College is a co-educational college. The college offers two programs: the B.Ed program and D.El.Ed program. The admission process for both programs is merit-based and follows the guidelines set up by the state government, UT administration, and the affiliated university. The admission process for B.Ed and D.El.Ed takes into consideration the marks scored in the qualifying examination, so it follows merit while considering admission. Besides, some students are supposed to undergo entrance examinations or participate in other selection processes based on the policies of the respective state government, UT administration or affiliated university.
Application Procedure

Degree-wise Admission Process
B.Ed: The Sai B.Ed and D.El.Ed College, Rohtas, has an approved intake of 100 students. Admission to the B.Ed program is made on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination and/or performance in an entrance examination. Other criteria as specified by the state government or the affiliated university may also be considered for selection. Candidates who have completed their graduation from any stream recognized university are generally eligible for the B.Ed programme.
D.El.Ed: The Intake strength approved for the Diploma in Elementary Education programme is 100 students. Admission to D.El.Ed also takes place on the basis of merit consideration of qualifying examination marks. There can also be an entrance test in addition to this, as is deemed fit by the state government or UT administration. Generally, applicants who have completed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board are eligible for D.El.Ed.
