Sai School of Nursing, Rajahmundry, was established in the year 2003. It is one of the leading nursing colleges in the East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh. This co-educational institute is an affiliated college approved by the Indian Nursing Council, therefore, it strives to maintain a high standard in the educational field of nursing. The college has been grooming healthcare professionals since almost two decades ago at Dwarakamayi, J.N. Road, Rajahmundry.

The institute takes pride in the dispensation of a line of facilities ascribed to making the learning experience enriching for its students. There is provision for separate hostels for boys and girls that would provide ample scope for them to live comfortably and safely among students coming from various parts of the country. The hostels are directly under the supervision of the directors of the institution, hence providing a feeling of security and care. A well-equipped health center with first-aid facilities is available in the campus and caters to the immediate medical requirements of the students. The institution's digital library is the powerhouse of knowledge that consists of a large volume of books on Medicine, Nursing, Journals, Encyclopedias, and other digital resources. Its IT infrastructure supports modern pedagogic methodologies, while its transport facility makes commutation convenient for all students and staff members.

Sai School of Nursing currently has only one primary course, the General Nursing and Midwifery course. The full-time course runs for a period of three years and imparts good training to its students in nursing and midwifery. The capacity of intake is 40 seats, without doubt giving many aspiring nurses togetherness in an ambiance that is conducive for learning. Though the college focuses on only this specialised course.
