The college has a library facility for all students.  At Sawkar Homoeopathic Medical College, we take every effort to provide quality education to our students. We have a total of 7755 books in our library about various topics related to departments of Homoeopathy.

The College Gymkhana provides facilities for various Indoor and Outdoor games. Facilities are also provided within the college premises for playing volleyball. Facilities for indoor games like table tennis, carrom and chess are also made available to the students. College gives importance to the maximum participation of the students at the intercollegiate level in various games. We also conduct Inter-College Tournaments and we also have a sports day for students Teaching staff and Non-Teaching Staff who participate in large numbers. The college maintains an up-to-date first-aid box that includes life-saving drugs. Yoga and Value addition: To ensure a healthy mind in a healthy body, the College organizes yoga sessions.

The college has an IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has one spacious canteen where a variety of tasty, hygienically prepared food is available at specially subsidized rates. Whether it is breakfast, lunch, a quick snack, or a cup of coffee, the canteen is where you need to head. Conveniently located on the college premises, the canteen is easily accessible to staff and visitors as well. The canteen has a big kitchen, and the kitchen staff takes extra care to provide the students and staff with nutritious and hygienic food in the campus canteen. The canteen remains open 365 days a year. It is a pleasant sight to see students spread out across the quadrangle, enjoying their food in groups. The canteen also runs a Mess for Hostel Students where delicious Maharashtrian food is served at Lunch and Dinner. The overall administration of the Canteen is under the supervision of a Canteen Committee comprising of representatives from Students, Staff, and the Hostel Rector
