Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program offered by Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak.

Eligibility Criteria

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed the Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

Admission Details

As per the admission policy of the Haryana Government 75% of the total seats will be filled by the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) through “online” off-campus counseling on the basis of interstate merit of JEE. The remaining 25% of Management quota seats (including 15% NRI seats) will be filled directly by the college.
Candidates seeking admission against the above 75% seats through HSTES
25% of seats or seats that remain vacant after counseling shall be filled by the Institute on a first come first serve basis.
