Hello, hope you are doing well!
The admission notice for 3rd year is not available on the website of School of Open Learning, Delhi University. The examinations of final semester/year are still on-going, the admissions for UG/PG courses are also going on and even entrance tests are on-going. So, maybe this is the reason the University is taking time to start with the 3rd year admissions of previous year batches. But you can still use the Student Login portal and get the necessary details and notices if any. Here is the link of the official website's student portal of SOL, DU:

Hello student,
I think yes. You can migrate in regular college in 2nd year by getting 60%. Just because in the year 2019 the council of Delhi university has approved the migration rule.. this says that if a student of school of open learning scores 60% or about in the final 1st year examination,he or she must can migrate to regular college in second year.
But as this year's Revolution is totally based on hundred percent assignment, you should once contact to the college authority for that. Hope this will help you
Although I pursued my studies through distance learning add visited the college only a few times. I found the infrastructure to be very well maintained with all necessary facilities. The campus is organized, clean and provide a positive learning environment.
It was a nice experience overall. At first i was nervous like what would happen, where will i give my exams how will i get to know where i should take a class but the SOL team contacted me and cleared my doubts
The college infrastructure is designed to provide a supportive environment for both academic and extracurricular development. It balances modern facilities with student-friendly amenities to ensure holistic growth. 1. Campus & Buildings A spacious and well-maintained campus with green surroundings. Separate academic blocks with classrooms, seminar halls, and lecture theatres. Administrative block for student support, admissions, and academic records. 2. Classrooms & Lecture Halls Well-ventilated and adequately furnished classrooms with modern teaching aids. Use of projectors, smart boards, and audio-visual facilities in select lecture halls.
