It is nice. It has libraries, laboratories, sports centres and all facilities. Also it is clean and good living . It has all necessary facalities. Space is clean but fan ac and electrical appliances are not so good.
It is very average. Study material quality is very bad, they teach outdated stuff. No development in studies. It doesn't relate with any practical life and doesn't make us ready to face the challenges in future in workplaces or jobs etc.
Sol doesn't have so much placement. Sol doesn't offer it's students a good placement cell and there is no such good job offer and also the packages offered are very low. Average salary is very low. So it is not benifical.
Yes cost is low.
No campus life in sol
This is the distance learning department working under delhi university so the classes are held in the college of Delhi University on weekends only. College are week maintained and clean. The infrastructure of college is also evry good.
Academically also the college is good as all the notes are provided to us from time to time. Apart for this, regular weekend classes are held and we can clear our doubts. Apart for this there is no other skills taught to us.
Most of the students studying here are already working here somewhere or have pre defined work line up to do. Thus most of the students are not interested in taking up the jobs and prefer to find a job on there own.
The fees is even less then ten thousand annually and within this you are provided all the study material and the examination fee is also included. So in my view this is completely worth for the money we pay.
We have classes in weekends only, which is also optional for us. Only a few students turn up to these classes but it is fun to attend these classes and interact with other similar students and know them. Most of the staff of the campus are also very good.
College have all the necessary infrastructure facilites and equipment the facilites we have in our classrooms laboratories libraries and sports centres and hostels are well maintaoned living spaces are clean
i am studing there because ti is a nice college quality of teaching is very good and they give a lot of clarity in all the subjects teachers there are very nice and helpful the syllubus is up to date . very nice
the placments faciliry is very nice 100 % students get placment there packages are very nice average salary offered is 600000 p.a which is very nice and good it helps the student a lot finacially so college is nice
college is value for money as it cost very less in comaparion to other colleges and take a less amount of fee it charge only 10000 p.a which is very helpful to poor students and provide a lot of facility
campus life ia very happening as the campus is ery big and clean a lot of events are organised in the campus which is a very good thing and thus make the college very nice the college is aafe and located in good place
The infrastructure in the college is quite good as the government colleges do have but it can be more better. The library is too good and nature as well and the place is far more clean and hygienic to study in..
The foremost thing is that the course we opt for studies only those domain and do not need to study extra subjects which are of no need. The lectures we have is also far good and helpful for our exams.
Placements do occur through training process the students did good in training process and achieve valuable knowledge got placed those who are interested after graduation and the salary ranges to 2.5lacs to 4.5 lacs per annum.
The fees is quite low as generally the government colleges have.
The campus is not very good.
No as such points....
It is open learning under delhi university, so you don't have to worry about the infrastructure and facilities. Usually weekend classes are arranged in for the students. The place is clean and green with friendly staff.
There is no regular classes as it is distance learning program, but if you are interested you can also take classes on weekends and clarify you doubts. All the study material is provided and we have to study for this only. Teachers are available on weekends.
Most of the students working here are already working, so as such no strong placement cell is there for this school, but they can provide you career counseling if you want you and Delhi University arranges several placement fest, so you can be a part of them.
The fees is very basic as it is a government University. Apart for this no extra money is taken for study material or books. We have to pay once a year fee which is arround 6000 to 10000 depending on the course you have opted for.
As it is not a regular college so one has to go on weekends to have a campus life. It is not compulsory to turn up on weekend classes but is very beneficial in terms of interaction with other students and teachers.
Hello,
Recently, UGC has approved a proposal to allow students to pursue two degree programmes at the same time. One of the degrees has to be in the regular mode and the other either in open and distance learning or online. However, in case you're asking if you can get in both the Universities in regular mode then it is not possible.
Also, there are a lot of universities who are not yet accepting the dual degree policy. They may accept it from a year or so as it was released this year. So you should get in contact with the college to know more about it.
I hope this helps,
All the best
yes , you get admission in B com in any university or college
