The School of Pharmacy is located at RK University, Rajkot, which is well known for pharmaceutical education and research. Degree wise Admission Process

B.Pharma: Four Years Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, i.e. B. Pharma is provided by the institute of pharmacy. There are 100 fixed seats for admission. Admission to B.Pharma will be based on performance in relevant entrance exams, including the 10+2 level scores in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics, for admission in B.Pharma.

M.Pharma: The institute provides three specializations in Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharma), which each have a capacity of 15 seats:

  1. M.Pharma in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance
  2. M.Pharma in Pharmacology
  3. M.Pharma in Pharmaceutics Admission to these M.Pharma programs is mostly tied to the B.Pharma degree holder and may entail screening through entrance exam scores, performance at school and possibly an interview.

Pharm.D: The Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) program for students who want advanced practice and research in pharmacy is also being developed by the School of Pharmacy, and the high program is a six-year program, though the seats are not specified. The criteria for admission seem to relate to merit of performance in 10+2 science subjects and relevant entrance forms.
