2. M.Sc Microbiology: This program has 176 seats and is meritoriously opened. The course fee is Rs 1,00,000.
3. M.Sc Biotechnology: The course provides 70 seats and follows a merit-based entry system.
4. M.Sc Medical Lab Technology: This course grants access to 70 seats and a total fee of Rs 1,00,000. Admission is based on how well candidates qualify in the required degree.
5. M.Sc Biochemistry: This program has 70 seats and follows a merit-based admission process. 
6. M.Sc Information Technology: This course has 70 seats and the admission shall be based on merit arising from qualifying degree marks.
7. M.Sc Physics: This program has 70 seats with a total fee of Rs 60,000. Admission is based on merit. 
8. M.Sc Mathematics: The course has 70 seats and a fee of Rs 41,000. Admission is based on merit.

DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology): This self-financed diploma program consists of 70 seats with a fee charged of Rs 25,000. Likely, the admission procedure is on merit in qualifying examination.
