Shri Goraksha Ayurvedic Hospital and Research Center, Aurangabad is recognized by CCIM and follows the curriculum prescribed by the National Board of Ayurvedic Education. The admissions process of the institute aims at selecting competent candidates for its Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) program.

For admission into the Shri Goraksha Ayurvedic Hospital and Research Center, the most important entrance route is NEET UG. Every student desiring admission into BAMS at this institute has to clear a national-level entrance examination prescribed above. This NEET UG exam is generally conducted once in a year; candidates qualifying the classroom test are thereafter eligible for admission.

To be eligible for applying for admission to the BAMS program conducted by Shri Goraksha Ayurvedic Hospital and Research Center, it is necessary to secure qualifying marks in NEET UG. Application Process

The application procedure goes as below:

1. NEET UG Registration – NEET UG registration is also the first point to include the candidates within the entire process of admission towards pursuing the BAMS course in this institute. 

2. NEET UG Examination – Candidates must show up on the appointed day at the previously allocated center to sit for the NEET UG examination. The subjects for the test include Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

3. NEET UG Result – Results will be announced for NEET-U.G. Analytical results will shortlist candidates qualifying for eligibility cutoff marks for the counseling process.

4. Counseling Registration – Register in various categories (state level and All India Quota) for the counseling process as per eligibility and discretion of the candidate.

5. Documents verification – Following the schedule of the documents belonging to NEET UG. Candidates must produce all original documents, including their NEET UG score card, 10+2 mark sheets, domicile certificate (if applicable), and other relevant certificates.

6. Seat allocation – Admission procedures must be followed after seat allocation at Shri Goraksha Ayurvedic Hospital and Research Center based on documents checked according to NEET UG rank.

7. Confirmation of admission – Report to the institution for the completion of the admission process after the registration of the allotment letter along with the respective documents and prescribed fees.

Degree-wise Admission Process

Shri Goraksha Ayurvedic Hospital and Research Center has a 6-year comprehensive course on BAMS, which offers a holistic approach toward Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery knowledge. Admission into the program is through performance in NEET UG entrance examination. The BAMS sanctioned seats are at 60 numbers. The candidates qualifying are those who finished their 10+2 education with the compulsive subjects named Physics, Chemistry, Biology and pass qualifying marks in the NEET UG examination to be considered for admission.
