Shri Rawatpura Sarkar College of Education, Lahar Admission Process

The Shri Rawatpura Sarkar College of Education, Lahar, is an affiliated college of Madhya Pradesh. Based in the Bhind District, the institute aims at providing quality education in teaching and is recognized by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The college offers different teacher education programs spread across 4-degree programs with a total of 5 different courses. The admission process of Shri Rawatpura Sarkar College of Education is largely merit-based. 

The merit considers the marks scored by students in qualifying examinations and/or entrance examinations for admission into any supporting program. All admissions for any course within the college are conducted following the instructions given by the state government, university, or UT administration. For the selection of most courses, written tests or any other method of selection prescribed by government rules may be applied. Degree wise Admission Process

B.Ed: Admission into B.Ed course for 100 students is through merit considering the marks obtained in a qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The college is governed by the standing government policy or UT administration on methods of selection which may include written test or other grounds for selection.

BA B.Ed: Integrated BA B.Ed course run by the college admits 100 students. However, on further admission details, it may be assumed that some part of the admission shall be based on merit just like other programs of the institute. 

B.Sc B.Ed: The admission of B.Sc B.Ed is also expected to go with merit along the other ones, i.e. , State government or University rules also applies to this integrated program having an approved intake of 100.

M.Ed: 50 seats are approved for admission to the M.Ed program. Admission is based on merit considering marks of the qualifying examination, entrance examination, or other selection processes as per the state government, university, or UT administration policy.

D.El.Ed: The D.El.Ed course has an intake of 50 seats. Admission to the course operates on a merit-scale considering marks obtained in qualifying examinations and/or entrance examinations as per the selection process laid down by the state government or UT administration.
