I don't like the infrastructure very much. The classrooms are old. They don't look good. The equipments in the classroom doesn't work properly. The labs are adequate for civil engineering students and the equipments are adequate as well.
The attendance is not compulsory in college. I am currently in third year pursuing my civil engineering. The curriculum is updated as the college is under pune university. Teachers are not so good though some of them are experienced.
Almost no placements for civil engineering students. Hardly 5-6 placement for civil engineering students. Approx 1300 placements take place very year, mostly they are for IT students. The placements are centralized for all sinhgad institutes.
Yaah its good if you like stuff other than college academics.
This is the best section for Sinhgad students.
Yes it has all the necessary facilities and infrastructure. The labs for civil engineering are good. The equipments in survey lab are very good and more than enough. You will also love the Fluid mechanics lab.
I am. Currently pursuing my civil engineering and I am currently in TE. The college comes under pune university, hence the syllabus is updated. The lectures are held but the atmosphere is such that students don't attend classes.
There is kind off no placement for civil engineering department. Hardly 4-5 students get placed from college. The maximum placement happens for IT students. The average package is around 3.5 lakh per annum.
The best part for Sinhgad students.
College infrastructure is very good. It is situated in one of the best location in Pune. Wherever you see, You will find greenery. Lush green campus. We also have a great ground for sports, central library and a great auditorium.
As long as you can do self study, You won't be facing any problem. Academics is little low here, But if you be in touch with professors, do self study regularly, you can score good marks and gain good knowledge.
College placements are ok, not that great. But you need to take the advantage of the city!! Pune has many great companies were you can go and apply for jobs. There are many emerging startups too, and college also organizes many placement events to make you ready.
My fees was around 2L per year
Best campus life!! Best city life!!
Benches are good, fans are working, and there smart learning, there are two grounds, both which you can use. There's a small swimming pool but the water isn't that good. Lipton Cafe is the best in campus to hang.
I am studying Civil Engineering. Quality of teaching is average. But the Head of Department is the best you can hope for or you can get. There are various seminars conducted time to time. Yeah...so good
I don't have that much knowledge about placement. But since I am studying Civil Engineering, there isn't much placement in this field immediately after B.Tech . Placement process is not that easy.....
Good
One of the best campus Life
Yes my college have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. All living spaces are cleaned and the food is hygienic. There is no wifi in campus, it exists in hostels but not so good.
Yes the curriculum is updated as the college comes under pune university. I am currently in TE and pursuing Civil engineering. The quality of teaching is okay but not so good. You won't like all the lecturers.
They are mostly for IT interested students. The placements are open for all. If you know computer languages you can get placed as well. For civil 4-5 students get placed every year. The training is good.
As far as campus life is concerned you can say it is the best in city.
Yes the college has necessary infrastructure. All the labs are very well equipped and have adequate quantity of material. Yes the living spaces are cleaned. The campus is also very clean. The hostels are also good.
Yes as it comes under pune university, the curriculum is very updated. The attendance is not so strictly monitored. The lectures take place for the one's who attend them . which is not a common thing in college.
Not much for core branches like civil. Almost all for IT. For civil the number of student's placed is around 4 to 5 students every year. The college is very supportive in placement activities. The training is good.
No I don't think so.
This is awesomene. If you have other interest's and are being forced to do engineering, you can take it as it provides you with ample number of opportunities.
Infrastructure is pretty good and the college buildings are also pretty well . College provides you good facilities and equipments along with the good infrastructure. Classrooms are airy and fresh there are greenboards in the classroom and WiFi works only in hostel area rest all classes, college premises, play grounds and overall campus is good . Living spaces are good fresh and airy but the food is not that hygeinic .
I am currently studying in third year civil engineering, from starting I was pretty sure about engineering but branch was not decided then I got to know my interest is in structures and foundation, bridges etc so I decided to go for civil.
Talking about placements here in this College they are mainly for computer science , IT and entc also for mechanical but for civil one cannot be sure about placements. The rate of average placements for civil engineering is not that good.
The fees for the college per year goes upto 1lack and ofcourse the scholarships are available and also students have to pay the hostel fees along with the college fees. I personally don't feel I am getting money's worth because the staff is not that good and students generally tend to fail in targeting new experiences or learnings only bookish knowledge is provided.
College campus is awesome. Total greenary and the whole scene looks different in rainy season. Students are from different backgrounds and vivid. The location of college is basically in vadgaon and the area is okay and pretty much safe.
Overall College is good and the campus attracts more also the fests are awesome and in general the aura is pretty good and everything else is also e.
Yes the infrastructure is good. The classrooms are old. Labs are adequate and very well equipped. Specially for civil branch the labs are very well equipped. No wifi in campus. The college is at very good location.
I am pursuing civil engineering and I am currently in TE. The quality of teaching is good if you attend the lectures which is not so common for civil department. Yes the curriculum is updated as the college comes under pune university.
Maximum for IT sector students. Not much for civil. About 1000+ students get place every year. Training and Placement section is active and it is pretty good. They provide with adequate trainings and courses.
The fees is around 1 lakh per year.
This is the best part for Sinhgad College.
The college infrastructure is one of the best, the only problem is the classrooms are quite old. The location of college is awesome. It has no definite boundaries and you will love the place. The labs are in adequate quantity.
As far as my branch is concerned - chemical, it is very good. The faculty is good. Won't say all but there are enough if you want to do something new or learn sincerely. The curriculum is well updated as the college comes under Pune University.
The placements are good for CS,IT, E&TC. They are very few for chemical students. But if you are interested in placements of IT companies, you can participate in the placement activity, irrespective of your branch.
Yaaa if you are not getting any other autonomous college, then in the given fee it is the best.
This is the best part about sinhgad, the campus life is way too awesome.
Best infrastructure and best campus location! It has awesome view in rainy season. It has many good facilities. The classrooms are a bit old but they are equipped with smartboards. There are adequate labs for all branches.
I am pursuing civil engineering, currently in my TE. Lectures are conducted regularly but hardly 30-35 students attend. Its your choice if you want to learn anything from outside, or work outside. The college motivates you to attend lectures but won't force you.
The placements are good for IT field students. But for core and my branch it is very less. But the college prepares you well for the placement activity. The facilities are very helpful in this matter.
It is one of the best colleges in pune among state colleges.
This is the best part. It is chill. You can do co-curricular activities in college.

Hello there,
With a
MET 2025 score of 129 out of 240
and a
Class 12 PCME score of 334 out of 360
, you can estimate your expected rank using the MET Rank Predictor.
Estimating Your MET 2025 Rank
The MET Rank Predictor utilizes a formula that combines your MET score and a normalized board percentage (converted into a band score) to estimate your rank:
Final Score
= ((MET Score / 240) × 100 + (Board Band × 10)) / 2
MET Score : 129
Board Percentage : (334 / 360) × 100 ≈ 92.78%
Board Band : 9 (since 90–94.99% corresponds to Band 9)
Plugging in the values:
Final Score = ((129 / 240) × 100 + (9 × 10)) / 2
Final Score = (53.75 + 90) / 2 = 71.875
Based on this final score, your
expected rank
is approximately
1,100 to 1,600
.
