Since it is said that the colleges admit students at higher secondary if the student did commerce or Mathemetics streams they are shortlisted. Candidates will be preferred on the cumulative percentage secured.

B.Sc: The college offers three B.Sc programs - B.Sc Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry; B.Sc Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science; and B.Sc Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science. Admission to these programs requires students to have studied Mathematics and relevant science subjects in their 10+2. The selection is based on the marks obtained in these subjects and the overall performance in the qualifying examination.

BA: Sri Chaitanya Degree College offers two BA programs - BA History, Economics and Political Science; and BA History, Political Science and Special Telugu. Admissions to the programs are made for students who have passed their 10+2 in any stream.
