We do not have Category specific ranks for St. John's. But in 2019, under State Quota, 528 marks secured a seat in St. John's under Private Quota. But with a score of 599, you do have a sure shot in St. John's Medical College. Because with this score, you can also get GMCs of Karnataka if you hold the State's domicile. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. For a complete list of colleges that you may have a shot at, please use our College predictor: https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

Dear Aspirant,
For every job you might have to search for it somewhere, however in the MBBS there is a Internship in the final year where you get to work in the real hospital and that serves as a good networking exercise and you might get a job offer there, or with your connections. After MBBS you do not have to worry about the Job if you have studied well.
Hope this helps. Thank you.

Hello. Sorry to say , but with these Mark's the possibility is very low. Definitely you can try for a management seat available in private colleges.
Or if your target is government college then , take a 1 year drop and consider yourself for an another attempt in NEET.
All the best!
Hope that helps!
