The college still maintains it's heritage status. It has good infrastructure, maintenance and purified drinking water etc. Ventilated classrooms with Projector. Nature enriched campus. I'm was a day scholar so I don't know much about hostel.

There are two hostels in St Joseph's College , one is in the campus and other is 6 km away.
The hostel charges are cheap and affordable.
It charges 21,000 per year excluding food. Meals are also good , it cost RS 50 per meal. Hostel rooms are provided with gysers.
