Sumitra Memorial Teacher Training College, Sikar, is a well-known college with an objective to impart quality teacher training in Rajasthan. Degree wise Admission Process
B.Ed (Bachelor of Education): The Sumitra Memorial Teacher Training College provides a two-year full-time B.Ed course with the ambition of producing skilled and trained teachers. The college can admit 100 students for the course each year.
The B.Ed course admission process is as follows:
1. Eligibility: The applicants must have graduated or post-graduated from a recognized university.
2. Selection Procedure: Merit admission on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying examination and/or performance in entrance test.
3. Entrance Test: Conduct of entrance test or consideration of entrance test marks as per university and state government rules.
4. Merit List: Merit list prepared taking into account the performance of the candidates in qualifying examination and/or entrance test.
5. Counselling: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a counselling procedure during which they can choose their desired specialty in the B.Ed course.
6. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will have to undergo a document verification process to verify their eligibility and academic qualifications.
