SVS Institute of Pharmacy admission process for the postgraduate programme is based on the scores obtained in TS PGECET, i.e., Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test. The eligibility for B.Pharma is 10+2 [Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics] or Biology as mandatory subjects. In case of M.Pharma programmes, the candidates are college graduates who must have completed their B.Pharma from an accredited university.

Admission is granted based on TS EAMCET or TS PGECET scores, followed by counselling conducted by the competent authority. Selected candidates must complete document verification and fee payment within the stipulated timeline.
Admission to the B.Pharma programme is at the SVS Institute of Pharmacy based on the performance of the candidate in the TS EAMCET examination. This undergraduate programme, which lasts for four years, has created 100 seats in the institute. Candidates qualifying in the TS EAMCET exam are entitled to apply for admission in the B.Pharma course.
SVS Institute of Pharmacy renders three specialised M.Pharma programmes, namely: Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutics, and Pharmacology. Each of these programmes has an intake capacity of 15 seats. The admissions to these postgraduate programmes are conducted through the TS PGECET examination. Candidates with a B.Pharma degree are eligible to apply for these two-year postgraduate courses.
