Hello,
NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.
To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021
NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-
• General /EWS- 50th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile
• General-PwD - 45th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile
Marks wise cut off is as following-
• General - 720-138
• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108
• Gen PwD - 137-122
• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108
Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs have increased compared to last year.
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year.
Since you haven't mentioned your category I won't be able to tell if you would get admission in this college or not.
Given below is the marks cut off for different categories for Terna Medical college, Navi Mumbai

Hi Riya Agrawal,
Hope your are doing great.Congratulations on your rank. To answer to your question I need to know the college you are willing to join for dermatology branch. You have mentioned your rank and non-local status. Looking for a college in Maharashtra are the details I could know. If you asked me for best college under your rank that would have been a different query.Make sure you mention your college so that I can go through the previous year cutoff.
Hope its clear..
Dear aspirant
You haven't mentioned your category name, so whenever you write questions you should always mention that so you can get specific answer. I'll assume you belong to Gen category.
Terna MC Nerul cut off marks in NEET 2020 for Gen category candidate was AIR 39537 & 564 marks. for obc -562 marks.
So your marks is somewhere low according to Gen category,so there will be less chance of you getting this college.
You can use our college predictor tool for knowing personalized results of getting mbbs BDS college at your expected marks
