As a government owned college i would say its good in its own way . My college has the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and equipment classrooms ,laboratories ,libraries ,sports centres and hostels are used and well maintained .we have wifi too . the living spaces ,water supply and food are hygienic and clean. we have a solid infrastructure .
I am pursuing MBBS in this college . The quality of teaching is so good they mainly focus on experimental learning and academic benefits . its a good college for both UG and PG . As a TMC student i personally find anatomy interesting with the way of teaching and the learning process of it. we have a strong foundation in academic environment with experienced faculties and supportive learning atmosphere.
Since it's a medical college , there is not a traditional campus placement process for MBBS graduates . after completing 4 yr course, we must undergo 1 yr of internship usually within our own college or any village campus site with a stipend around 30k-40k/- when i graduate . the career paths would be clinical work, PG education, hospitals, research institutes.
Yes, i feel its worth the time, hardwork and money spent to get into this college because its a govt college so the expenditure and cost is alot less compared to private medical colleges. after all those calculation i did for these 5 yrs course would be 5-6 lakhs in total which is inclusive of academic, mess, hostel, books fees.
