RCPIT was established in 1992 as one of the premier pharmaceutical and research institutes of Maharashtra. The institute is accredited by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and affiliated to KNC Gurgaon .RCPIPER admission is entrance-based.
RCPIT offers BPharm at UG level. Apart from the regular programme, the institute also invites applications for BPharm (Lateral Entry) directly into the third semester of the programme.
