You must then take part in the admission process to take admission to a diploma from iti. From Diploma to BTech, there are again different procedures but you must specify that in your questions clearly.

The fee structure of CV Raman Univeristy for B.Tech. is  approx. ₹ 3.05 LPA. The hostel facility is available in the university and mess is also there. Other infrastructure facilities are also available in the university.

The fee concession can also get on the basis of annual income if your annual income is less than 1 lakh then you can get the fee concession.

Their will be always a fixed date for every documental works in any allotted process for admission in colleges. It is possible to submit chalan before the the fixed date given by the centalised seat allotment authority. But if you missed the date of payment then it will create difficulty for you to take admission through it.
