United College of Education, Kurukshetra Admission 2025: Dates, Registration, Fees, Eligibility

United College of Education, Kurukshetra, is one of the oldest renowned teacher education institutes in the state of Haryana. Process for Application

Admission into the B.Ed. course at United College of Education, Kurukshetra entails the following steps:

1. Announcement: The college makes an announcement regarding admission on its own website and local newspapers with application process initiation.

2. Application Form: The application form is made available on the college website as well as from the college admission office for candidates.

3. Filling Up the Form: Applicants must fill in the application form with accurate personal and educational details.

4. Document Submission: Along with the completed application form, candidates need to submit the following documents:

• Photographs (passport size);
• Mark sheets of qualifying examinations (10, 12th, and Bachelor's degree);
• Valid ID proof (Aadhaar card, PAN card, or Voter ID);
• Category certificate (if applicable);
• Any other documents specified by the college or affiliating university.

5. Applying: The properly filled-up application forms must be submitted to the college admission office within the last date mentioned.

Procedure for Admission by Degree

B.Ed (Bachelor of Education): The B.Ed. course at United College of Education, Kurukshetra is a full-time, two-year program for successful teaching careers. The college, also, has a sanctioned intake of 100 seats against this program, thus contributing significant numbers aspiring to become teachers.

Admission to the B.Ed. programme is based on merit and is as per the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination. Any procedure pertaining to selection decided by the State Government, U.T. Administration, or the corresponding University to which the College is affiliated may also be considered.

The eligibility criteria generally include for admission to B.Ed.:

1. Bachelor's degree (in any discipline) from a recognized university with the minimum percentage required (as per the affiliated university or state education department) at the time of application. 
2. Also, those candidates who were about to take the final year examinations of their respective programs could apply, provided that the applicants fulfill the minimum percentage stipulated upon declaration of results.
