Hello Aspirant! As far as academics is compared, both the colleges are good in there state. It depends on your keen interest of branch and comfortable place. Still if compared, GNDEC stands above UIET in terms of faculty, placement and infrastructure. So if you're getting civil in GNDEC then go for it. It's still a better option than mechanical at UIET. hope you are doing well and safe . As per your query , I would glad to inform you that UIET rohtak is very option to persue btech in . It is under state uiversity of MDU which is government obivously . It is the best college of harayana with most dedicated student and qualified faculitites . Coding culutre has been improved in recent year . Almost 70 percent of students get placed with an average package of 3 lakhs and highest went upto  13 lakhs
