Eligibility conditions for admission to various B.E. courses at the participating institutes are as detailed below:

Academic Qualifications

The academic qualifications as prescribed in Information Bulletin and Application Form of JEE (Main)-2023 are applicable for this allocation/allotment, extract of which is reproduced below.

Only those candidates who have passed their Class 12^th/ equivalent examination in 2021, 2022, or those who are appearing in Class 12^th/ equivalent examination in 2023, are eligible to appear in JEE(Main) – 2023 Examination.
Candidates who passed Class 12^th/equivalent examination in 2020 or before as well as those who will appear in such examination in 2024 or later are not eligible to appear in JEE(Main)–2023”.

Admission Details

Admissions will be made on the basis of JEE (Main) All India Rank (AIR). There will be three rounds of online counselling followed by one last SPOT round of online counselling. Only the registered candidates will be able to participate in these rounds of counselling.

College Infrastructure

UIET is situated in the south campus of Panjab University so obviously its infrastructure is normal. But the infrastructure of North campus of PU is great. Many facilities like PU market ,Banks, Dispensary, a very good Library all are basically present in the north campus. But overall UIET's infrastructure is also good.

Life is Incomplete If you don't spent time in PU Hostels

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure was good there are three Blocks 1,2, 3 having good vibe all together. Classrooms are good not all have the AC. Some of things on the canteen side can be improved to have more varieties over there for food.

College Infrastructure

Hostels belong to the university and are scattered all over the south campus and north campus of the university. They are providing many nearby facilities and enjoyment within the university. Wi-Fi is great with great speed and unlimited access. Food depends upon hostel messes as each hostel has a separate mess. Students can eat anywhere, but overall the food is of good quality and balanced in nature. Every hostel has a canteen and other options are also available within the university.
