college campus was huge with all the necessary infrastructure classrooms and labs are good enough with all facilities. classrooms are air conditioned with projectors, hostels are also available with all facilities and aminities
i am studying bechlor in automobile engineering there and the quality of teaching was pathetic teachers does not know much especially automobile engineering..curriculum asper R.G.P.V. standard as it was 10 years ago
if you are in R.G.P.V. then forgot about placements if you are from C-s or it branches then there are few chances that you will get placed only in bull hiring companies as Wipro, tcs, Infosys only and highest salary is around 3-3.5k
this is the only benefit of uit rgpv that it is value for money and yearly fees is around 31000 per year including the bus service
collage campus was good but too far from the main city
Infrastructure is good. There is no wifi, smart board and projector in classroom. Food taste isn’t good enough and they don’t take care of hygiene. Not all necessary equipments are available in laboratories but all the course related books are present in library and the infrastructure of library is good.
The quality of teaching is average. The curriculum is updated and industrial trainings are also part of our curriculum so yes, this makes the students of the institute job-ready. Exam pattern is also good enough.
Only few students of the institute get placement, around 20-25% and most of them are placed in software companies. The highest package offered is 7lakh and the average package is 3-3.5 lakh. Yes, the placement process was easy and pleasant for me.
It has basic infrastructure as expected in a govt Institute with the exception of library which is very well maintained both in terms of quality of books and infrastructure. The Authorities are trying to switch to smart classes and other modern facilities for the comfort of students.
As far as mechanical engineering is concerned the quality of teaching is moderate because at the end of the day students have to learn things themselves only . You yourself have to work hard to develope skills for job and there are not even proper labs.
Very less scope for mechanical since only IT companies like TCS come for the placement drives, one can find hardly a single core company that too in years for example in 2019 caparo came after somewhat 4-5 years for mechanical. Most of the students opt for open campus drives in order to get into pvt firms
The average cost is 30-35k per year including mandatory bus fees for the first year students. Overall it's a value for money since you're getting a degree from govt Institute.
Campus life is interesting if you have a good bunch of people to hang around. There are always some or the other fest , sports events like mahasangram, apart from this there is a team for technical events like supra for mechanical. Moreover various departmens also keep conducting some or the other event for the respective fields.
yes the college infrastructure is good as it is an autonomous colage situated on a large area and have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities, equipments labs and hostels classrooms are well equipped with modern facilities like air conditioned, projectors laboratories have all the necessary equipments, library is huge and hostels are also equipped with modern facilities like WiFi and well-maintained
I am studying automobile engineering here because there are very few collages in madhyapradesh which offer automobile engineering as full time course as it is also a government autonomous collage. As far as the the quality of teaching is concern it is just average and the curriculum is also outdated
If u are a student from computers stream then only there are chances of placements and they are also few mass recruiting companies like TCS,Wipro,IBM, no placements available for the core branches and highest package lies between 3-3.6 lakh
yes only good thing about uit is it is value for money the fees is 16000/year including bus service which is available for students not living in hostels and yes it is worth every penny
collage campus is huge it is situated on a hilly area, campus is green surrounded by trees and as far as the activities are concern the administration does not focuses on extra curricular activities the only thing they care Is the attendence
In our college capmus we have post office and union bank also. Transportion Facility is good and well mainted. We have Central Library which is the biggest library of Madhya Pradesh. We have free WiFi in our respective Departments.
I am studying B. Tech. from IT branch. All the teachers are well disciplened to attend their lecture. In our college our professor force on technical skills that is makes us for job. If we would talk about our curriculum, so it is very updated curriculum.
6 lakh per annum was the average salary offered. Our college's training and placement cell are very active to train their student for placement. And they all are very supportive to student. Placement process will be easy or not, it's totally depends on student.
Well our college is Autonomous so cost per year depends on the Administrative department.
Our College is situated on Narsingharh Bypass Near Airport Road. Campus of our college is around 241 acre. Hospital and Police station are very nearly closed to our college. That's all thing make our college very safe.
Hello,
UIT vs JNGEC: which is better? This question's answer is entirely based on your career goals and preferences. If you are interested in CS, IT, or ECE, you must choose UIT. Else, if you want to study core engineering like electrical, mechanical, or civil, you go for JNGEC.
I hope it clears your query!!
As a female EWS candidate with Madhya Pradesh domicile, an EWS rank of 24,000, and a CRL rank of 1,65,000, you have a fair chance of getting admission into top engineering branches in institutes like SGSITS and IET DAVV through MP DTE counselling. In previous years, branches like Computer Science and Information Technology at both these colleges have had closing ranks that go slightly beyond your EWS rank under the home state quota, especially for female candidates. This puts you in a favorable position for CSE, IT, or at least allied branches like Electronics and Communication, Electrical, or Mechanical. Your chances improve further due to female and EWS category reservations. Make sure to prioritize your preferences properly during counselling to maximize your chances of securing a good branch
Hello Megha,
at UIT GPV Bhopal students entrolled in Chemical Engineering typically participate in placements related to their specific field. to be eligible for compuer science (CS) or Information Technology (IT) placements you would generally need to be enrolled in those specific programs. it's advisable to consult the training and placement office at UIT RGPV for detailed information on cross-depatment placement policies.
